Patna lies in seismic Zone IV. Structures are designed and certified to the standards that zone requires, and those structural drawings form part of the plans sanctioned by the authorities. It is the part of a home you stop noticing the day you move in, which is exactly why it gets decided first.
Possession is a milestone, not a finish line. A building is really judged by how it ages — how the plaster holds, how a terrace behaves in its third monsoon.
